has a B.S. in Forest Science from Penn State.  Our Sales Team consisting of
Mark and Larry have over 45 years combined experience in the green industry.  Mark
Spangenberg has a B.S. degree in Biology from Millersville University and Larry
Belluscio has an Associate degree in Forestry from Penn State.  We also have a veteran
Technician staff – currently 16 in number with the majority having 15+ years

We place a high priority on continuous training of our entire team.  We provide in-house
training frequently as well as staying up-to-date by utilizing a variety of sources outside
such as PA Landscape and Nursery Association, International Society of Arboriculture,
John Deere Landscapes, etc.

For our Program customers (5-visit lawn or tree care programs), we provide unlimited follow-up visits to listen to your concerns and answer your questions.  Whether we provide follow-up service or make
recommendations for additional service  -  your satisfaction is our goal!
Responding to your concerns  -  Our Standard
We are committed to responding within 24 hours of a customer call or any type of customer communication with a return phone call and furthermore……should a site visit be required, we are committed to visiting
the site in question within 72 hours (3 business days) to identify the concern, make recommendations, or in many cases – take care of the concern.  We are also committed to clear communication in regards to
all of this.  We will honor the commitments made via the phone call(s) or other forms of communication pertaining to the timing of our response and furthermore, resolutions will be documented in writing and left
at or sent to the site in question.
Timely Communication regarding scheduling
We strive to meet the varying notification requirements of all of our customers.  If requested, we will notify you prior to any service.  Additionally, we account for special considerations such as invisible dog fences,
lighting, irrigation, etc. and evaluate any service that might impact these.
We also understand the importance of following through with scheduled services at school district properties.  In fact, we have a 100% rating on fulfilling these obligations, which prevents the need to re-post
signs and re-contact hypersensitive individuals.
