Tom Bechtel

Tom Bechtel

Tom and Dave Graeff founded Heritage Lawn & Landscape Care in 2002. Today, he serves as co-owner, general manager and sales manager for the company. Tom earned a B.S. in forest science from Penn State and is an ISA Certified Arborist, PA Certified Pesticide Applicator and NCMA Certified Retaining Wall Installer.

Tom is an outdoor enthusiast who likes to spending his free time hunting, fishing, hiking and camping. He enjoys volunteering for mission trips to help people recover from natural disaster or economic hard times.

Dave Graeff, PCH

Dave Graeff, PCH

Dave is co-founder and owner of Heritage, focusing on operations. He earned a B.S. in horticulture from Delaware Valley College of Science & Agriculture. Dave is an ISA Certified Arborist and PA Certified Horticulturalist. He also has 17 years of green industry experience with a farming background.

Dave enjoys outdoor activities in his free time, especially mountain biking. He's a dedicated volunteer and supporter of Junior Achievement and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

Mark Spangenberg

Mark Spangenberg

Mark is a sales representative for most of York, Manchester, Mount Wolf, Wrightsville and Hallam. He's been with Heritage since 2005. Mark earned a B.S. in biology from Millersville University and is an ISA Certified Arborist, PA Certified Pesticide Applicator and PA Certified Horticulturalist.

In his free time, Mark enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors fishing and hiking. He's the proud father of three daughters.

Larry Belluscio

Larry Belluscio

Larry is a sales representative for York County, Adams and Cumberland counties. He's been with Heritage since 2008. Larry earned an associate's degree in forestry from Penn State University. He's an ISA Certified Arborist, ICPI Certified Paver Installer and PA Certified Pesticide Applicator.

Larry loves being outdoors. He is an avid hiker, camper and backpacker who enjoys snowboarding and tree-top camping in his free-time.

Steve Cook

Steve Cook

Steve is the tree care (plant health care) manager and also serves as a sales representative for southern York County. He's been with Heritage since 2002. Steve has a lifetime of experience in agriculture and has been in the lawn and tree care industry for more than 15 years. He is an ISA Certified Arborist and PA Certified Pesticide Applicator.

Steve is an avid Philadelphia sports teams fan – especially the Phillies and Eagles. He's married with two sons and two daughters. Steve is a York County native who loves getting to know his neighbors and customers in the region.
